• Who processes your data: the organizers of EduHack Plovdiv 2026 (Epoha Online, GDG Plovdiv and TU Sofia, Plovdiv Branch), with Epoha Online as the lead controller.
• What we collect: name, email, role and town or city from the visitor form; school name, contact person, email and phone from the school form; name, email and message from the contact form.
• Why: to organize the event, answer your questions, reach you if something changes and run the prize draw. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form.
• How long: the data is deleted by December 31, 2026. Backups expire within 14 days after that, after which the data cannot be recovered.
• Who else sees it: the data is stored in Google Firebase on servers in the European Union. The forms use reCAPTCHA to protect against abuse. Google Analytics loads only after you consent through the banner.
• Your rights: at any time you can request a copy, a correction or the deletion of your data, and you can withdraw your consent. Contact us through the contact form and we will reply within 14 days.
• If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
• People under 14 are registered by a parent or guardian.
